Please note - We can only supply customers within Europe, we cannot, due to recent changes in FDA and customs regulations supply our products outside of Europe except to those countries listed when calculating shipping charges. If your country is not listed that means we cannot supply you at this time.
All duties and customs charges are the responsibility of the purchaser. If you are located outside of the listed countries and have placed an order your payment will be refunded and your order cancelled.
If you choose to pay using paypal please note that upon completion of checkout a new window will open for you to confirm your payment with paypal. Payments by credit/debit card can be made as normal.
If you intend to pay by cheque or Postal Order please continue through checkout as normal then once checkout has been completed print two copies of the order and send one to us with payment and keep the other for your records, as it contains important order information.

A copy of your order will be sent to you by email upon completion of checkout. Included in this email will be a link that you can use to access our online ordering system to check on the progress of your order.
Payment made for any items out of stock when ordering will be refunded to your payment method upon dispatch.
